Dear Families,
We hope this email finds you well. In the beginning of the school year, we sent home dental consent forms which gives the opportunity to all of our families to receive FREE dental services. These services include:
Cleaning, exams and X Rays
Filling Procedures (Requires an extra consent)
Once the visit is completed, the dentists will do a follow up in 6 months. Families will also be privy to external resources for procedures that cannot be done during the visit.
All families that are interested in this initiative must sign a parental consent form. We are still accepting consent forms. Please return your consents as soon as possible so that your child is able to partake in this amazing opportunity! Please see linked here the consents in various languages: English Spanish Chinese
